Reuben W. Kaizer

Reuben W. Kaizer is the Managing Director of Impact Mode Security Services. He is a former Botswana Defence Force soldier who was trained and employed in the Security Squadron and has been a gem in his work. A strong motivator who has led his team with extreme hard work, loyalty and a firm believer of old saying, “When the going gets tough, the tough gets going”. He has significant and relevant experience in all aspects of the security to curb the subversive activities of the unti-national elements and conducting operations and has shown leadership, dedication and team spirit during those operations. He has participated in interaction with other companies and forums to brief and sensitize about security very often. Mr. Reuben W. Kaizer has also built an extensive network of relations with security professionals in both government and non- government organizations. He has been guiding Impact Mode Security to realize that constant change is the only step forward towards the future.
